its been hell of a while - really long while - since ive updated my blog
let's see..
oh march 08
that is like, 4 months ago?
and i think it was during that 4 months that i decided not to blog anymore, due to nil-to-blog brain disorder

4 months later@last week
joe and chaffique questioned about my absolute idleness in the blogging world
told them that i had no idea, nil, bla bla bla
and then chaffique said that he has a blog

oh??

"might as well check it out.."

so a week later@just now
i entered his blog

and was ALMOST amazed (gahaha) at the artwork@design@graphics@..

i read and i scrolled and i read and i scrolled
and i stumbled upon a sub-post, "tangisan"
of course, me being a symphatetic guy stopped to read those heartfelt words.

no wonder its entitled 'tangisan'

and besides, there's always things to write right?

so now im writing one :D
there's a possibility though, that after this one, another hiatus will take place for a looong tiiime..

Why wouldn't i? Panic At The Disco just released their sophomore effort, Pretty. Odd. on 25th March. And yeap, they dropped the infamous exclamation mark they've been using before.
It was Panic! At The Disco before peeps.

Back then, when the ! wass till intacted, the boys incorporate new-wave, big beat, emo, pop rock, electronica, etc. so many genres blend together that wikipedia uses this term to describe their music = 'disputed subgenres'.

But that was way back when ! was still intacted.

So, does that mean the boys are mellowing their music off now that the ! is dropped?

Well, it can be put that way.
BUT BUT BUT
it does not mean, that the new album is not worth purchasing.
Reviews have said that the album is more ambitious.
Reviews have said that the album has somewhat a Beatles feel in it - i second this, the first single, 'Nine In The Afternoon" kinda reminds me of the Beatles. KINDA, i dunno, im not exposed much to that kind of music.
And another thing, some said that they incorporated 'Sg. Peppers'..
erm..
okay..
nil in4 of this 'Sg Peppers'.

Whatever it is,
im glad that they've matured.
I definitely am gonna buy Pretty. Odd.
Hope they'll be sweping Grammys next February.
